About Liberation Therapy
At Liberation Therapy, we serve the states of Illinois, Nevada, and Texas. We are dedicated to providing individual, couple, and family therapy services that prioritize you. Our team is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. We believe in the power of therapy to transform lives and empower individuals to live authentically. Together, our therapists provide services such as trauma-release breath work, inclusive sex therapy, targeted services for women and families of color, LGBTQIA+ services, Spanish-speaking services, letters for gender affirmation, multi-partnered relationships, kink-aware therapy, disability concerns, and teletherapy (for Nevada, Texas, and Illinois residents.)

Education and Training
Trauma-Specific Services Training
Our therapists have received training in trauma-specific services to effectively support individuals who have experienced distressing events. We are equipped to facilitate healing from a trauma-informed lens.
Sex Therapy Training
Our therapists are trained in in couples therapy and diverse relational systems. Using a systemic approach, we are able to address a wide range of sexual concerns and help clients enhance intimacy, communication, and sexual well-being.
